• Basics of wastes Issues, Waste Handling and International Agreements and Related Audit Issues
• Air Pollution Issues , Global Warming , other Concerns and Related Audit Issues
• Audit of Biodiversity and Case Studies
• Basic Concepts of Environmental Management Systems and Introduction to ISO-14000 Series
• Sustainable Development and Role of SAIs
• Audit Techniques Including Statistical Sampling and Computer Assisted Audit Techniques
Suggested Framework for Case Study
A broad framework for the case study could include the following:
• System and principles of Environment Audit in the respective SAIs
• Future plans and guidelines for Environment audit in their Supreme Audit Institutions
