i. Participants should be in good health and free from any communicable disease.
Women officers in advanced stages of pregnancy may not opt
for the course.
ii. The participants must bring with them six copies of their recent photograph
(passport size).

|
i. Before leaving their countries, participants must obtain entry visa to India
for seven to eight weeks from the Indian Mission in their countries. In cases where
restricted visa is granted, the participant must ensure that the visa is obtained
for the cities which are to be covered under the study tour.
ii. The sponsoring authority may please apply for visa in the category meant for
official training and not under student visa category.
iii. The Participants must go through the visa carefully and note instructions,
if any, printed on the visa, for compliance.
iv The participants covered under the Technical Co-operation Schemes of the Government
of India (ITEC, SCAAP, Colombo Plan) should also obtain return air tickets from
their Indian Missions.
v. Where participants are provided with air ticket by the Indian Mission, the participant
should adhere to the ticket schedule. In no case re-routing/re-scheduling would
be done by iCISA

i. Participants must bring along sample copies of the documents containing information
on the following aspects relating to the subject of the programme (e.g., Performance
Audit, Auditing in IT Environment, Environment Audit) that they are attending, to
the extent possible:
a. Major issues concerning the subject in their country
b. Relevant Legislations, Policies, Rules and Regulations
c. SAI's mandates for conducting the concerned audits
d. Previous Audit Reports, if any, on such audits
e. Strategic Plan, if any, for such auditing.English versions and soft copies would
be preferred so that others may also refer to them during the training sessions
and easily share them at the end of the course.
ii. Case Study - Participants must bring a case study of not more than ten pages
(A-4 size) related to the topic of the programme. He/she is to focus on at least
one area of the theme of the programme for a meaningful interaction amongst the
fellow participants. The broad framework for the case study is given along with
the details of each programme later in this brochure

Participants must go through the selection letter sent by iCISA carefully as detailed
instructions and all relevant information and contacts are included therein
At the Airport
i. On arrival at the Delhi airport, the participant will pass through immigration
counter and will thereafter collect their baggage. If they do not carry dutiable
items they may pass through the green channel to the exit gate. Otherwise, they
should make a declaration of dutiable goods before the Customs Officer on the red
channel and proceed to the exit gate. The iCISA would make appropriate arrangement
of transport from the airport. For this purpose, the participants should follow
the instructions given in the selection letter issued by iCISA. More information

ii. In case of any difficulty, arriving trainees should contact the Airport Manager,
disclosing their identity and try to contact on telephone Mr. Santosh Kumar, Director,
iCISA. His telephone nos. are 0091-120-2400129(Office), 0091-9968096990 (Mobile).If
contact by telephone fails, they should take a prepaid taxi provided by Airport
Authority from the airport and proceed to the International Training Centre, where
arrangements for their stay would have been made. Route maps of iCISA are printed
in this brochure.
At iCISA
i. Upon arrival in iCISA, participants should declare their identity to the receptionist
at iCISA who would guide them to their allotted hostel room.
ii. Boarding charges are recovered @ INR 160/- per day from the allowances paid
to the participants joining the programme under the Government of India Schemes.

i. Participants must follow the training schedule finalised including study tours
and other outstation tours. No exception would be permissible. ii. These visits
include on-the-spot demonstrations, guided tours of work/project sites, and meetings
with beneficiaries and functionaries, which provide a first hand idea of the audit
process for auditing such schemes at the field level. iii. During the field visits,
the accommodation would be provided on twin sharing basis.
