Under ITEC/SCAAP/CP Scholarship schemes:

Three copies of nominations with application forms for fund assistance may be sent to the Indian Embassy/ High Commission, who will forward two copies to the Ministry of External Affairs / Ministry of Finance, (Department of Economic Affairs), Government of India, whose approval is necessary for funding in each case

Under Self Financing Scheme :

The sponsoring organisation under the Self Funding Scheme can send the nomination form directly to Director General/iCISA.
