24/07/08 Thursday	Opening address by the ADAI (C&AB) and DG (AB).	Presentation by Principal Director of Audit (Central) Kolkata.	Presentation by PAG/AG/PDA (approximately15 minutes for each).	Presentation by PAG/AG/PDA (approximately 15 minutes for each).
25/07/08 Friday	General interaction/ discussion between the participants.	General interaction/ discussion between the participants.	Formulation of Guidelines.	Final conclusion and adoption of guidelines. Concluding address by DG (AB) and ADAI (C&AB).

Note:- Principal Director of Audit (Central) Kolkata and Director (AB) with the assistance of their staff will

prepare the draft guidelines to be discussed in the IIIrd session of the 2^nd day.
